THE TOWNSHIP COMMITTEE ANNOUNCED THAT THE NJDEP APPROVED THE PERMITS FOR THE BIRCHWOOD AVENUE DEVELOPMENT. OUR NJDEP ATTORNEY AND THE TOWNSHIP HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED THE WRITTEN DECISION NOR A REPORT FROM THE NJDEP. WHEN IT IS RECEIVED, THEY WILL DISCUSS IF ANY FURTHER ACTION SHOUD BE TAKEN WITH THE NJDEP.
