Discussed deadlines established for the appeal of the Birchwood Avenue lawsuit. Stated that the
Township’s brief is due in early November, the respondents appeal brief is due in December and the Township’s reply brief would be due in January. Noted that these timeframes are flexible and assured residents that the Township Committee would be monitoring this process carefully;
